1. General Rules

1) Object

This document constitutes a legal agreement between CNsoft Co., Ltd (‘here
 after referred to as Cnsoft’) and End-user (‘here after referred to as User’)
 regarding the MR-ON.NET service.

2) Validity and change this agreement

(1) This agreement will take effect after being shown on www.MR-ON.net.
In the event that any important matter regarding sale or changes arises, Cnsoft
 shall have the right to change the agreement. Should Cnsoft change the agreement,
 Cnsoft shall post notification of the said change on the notice board prior
 to the change.

(2) If any difference of opinion over this agreement arises on the part of either
 party, both Cnsoft and the User shall follow the normal customs and procedures.
 In the event that a dispute occurs, the parties shall take the matter before
 a court of law. The court must be in Korea and the matter shall be conducted
 in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

(3) Under the terms of this agreement acceptance, the User shall agree to visit
 the website regularly and check for any changes to this agreement. If any matters
 arise or circumstances occur and the User neglects to check for such changes,
 Cnsoft shall not assume any responsibility for any damages or difficulties occasioned
 by such an instance.

(4) If the User does not agree with this agreement, the User can withdraw from
 this site. If the User does not refuse the changed agreement within seven (7)
 days of notification, Cnsoft shall consider that the agreement has been accepted
 by user.

3) Useful wording

(1) The following are useful terms regarding this agreement

a. User: The person who agrees with this service use agreement.
  b. ID: A combination of letters and numbers, the ID is made by the User and
 is to be used to distinguish the User from other users. c. PW: A combination
 of letters and numbers, to be used for the protection of personal information.
  d. MR-ON: The remote control ASP service

2. Service use

1) Use agreement

(1) This agreement has been completed as agreed between Cnsoft, which accepts
 the user application, and by the User, who agrees with this agreement. (2) This
 agreement will be accepted by clicking on ‘agree’ on the site.

2) Approval and limit for use

(1) Use is permitted by Cnsoft when the user who wants to use this service
 submits the information requested by Cnsoft (2) A user’s use of the service
 can be limited in the following circumstances.

a. If the inputted information is untrue or is not confirmed.
   b. If the user uses another person’s information.
   c. If the service is used to transgress or damage public morals.
   d. If the user invades a third party/person’s intellectual property rights
   while using this service. e. When Cnsoft sees the necessity to restrict the
   terms of service.

(3) Cnsoft does not allow the User to use this service in the following circumstances:

a. In the event that there is a service error or a technical error.
   b. When Cnsoft sees the necessity to restrict the service for any unforeseeable
   reason

3) Additions to and change in the service contents

(1) Cnsoft reserves the right to supplement and change the service contents
   without prior notice if it is so required. If the changed contents are announced
   on the notice board, the user shall be considered as having agreed to such
   changes

4) Notice to the user

(1) An e-mail address inputted by the User can be used to notify the User.
  (2) A notice takes effect with regard to unspecified individuals once the notice
   has been displayed on the notice board for over one week.

5) User ID/PW management

(1) The User must personally control his/her ID/PW.
  (2) In principle, it shall be impossible to change the user ID. If the User
   wants to change it, the User must re-register after withdrawing from membership.
  (3) The User shall take responsibility for any misuse or abuse by a third party/person
   or himself.

6) Using time of service

(1) The service shall be offered all year round, provided that no problems
   or technical issues arise. However, the service can be limited after providing
   due notification to the users in the event that the system needs to be checked
   or if Cnsoft needs to undertake specific measures to protect or improve the
   services.

(2) If such cases where the service is discontinued because of problems beyond
   the control of Cnsoft, prior notice is not possible.

7) Use services

(1) This service is free until it is charged. When charging is imminent, Cnsoft
   shall issue notification on the notice board one (1) week before the charge
   is made. It is considered that the User accepts the notice by checking the
   notice board.

8) Provision of information

(1) Cnsoft can send information to assist in using this service via mail or
  e-mail, etc. (2) Cnsoft can request additional personal information from the
  user in order to improve or supplement this service, provided that the User
  agrees to the request.

9) Publication of advertisements and business with advertisers.

(1) The User agrees to being exposed to advertisements on the site when the
  User uses the service. (2) Cnsoft shall take no responsibility for the User
  in the event that the user is damaged in any way by participating in an advertisement
  appearing on the site.

3. Duty
 9) User’s duty

(1) The User is not permitted to input fake information into the user register.
In the event that the User uses another person or party’s information, the User
shall have no rights whatsoever regarding this service.

(2) The User shall comply strictly with Cnsoft’s rules and regulations, and
 shall not disrupt or damage in any way Cnsoft’s business or service.

(3) The User must provide immediate notification of any change in his/her personal
 information to Cnsoft.

(4) The User shall be responsible for any circumstances arising from his/her
 careless use of the ID/PW or from any unfair use or abuse

(5) The User shall not undertake any commercial activity while using this service
 without prior acceptance from Cnsoft, and Cnsoft cannot and shall not be held
 responsible for any circumstances arising as a result of any such activity.

(6) In the event that Cnsoft incurs damages as a result of the User’s commercial
 activity concerning No. (5), Cnsoft shall request compensation for the damages
 incurred. Cnsoft may also request the user to pay for any such damages under
 the related law.

(7) The User must not transfer or assign his/her right to use the service to
 a third party or person.

(8) The User must not infringe the intellectual property rights of Cnsoft or
 any other third party.

(9) The User is not permitted to perform the following activities:

- The User is not permitted to change or modify the Cnsoft program deliberately
 or otherwise.

- The User is not permitted to hack the Cnsoft server or to disturb the website
 deliberately or otherwise

- The User is not permitted to provide the information obtained by this service
 to any third party or other person(s).

- The User is not permitted to inflict discomfort on, or invade the privacy
 of, another person.

- The User is not permitted to undertake any activity that transgresses the
 related laws.

- The User is not permitted to impersonate a service operator.

10) Cnsoft’s duty

(1) Cnsoft shall do its best to provide a stable and continuous service.

(2) If any trouble or problem concerning service equipment or any other matter
arises unavoidably, Cnsoft shall do its best to rectify the difficulty.

(3) Cnsoft shall do its best to protect the User’s personal information.

(4) Cnsoft shall do its best to manage and accommodate the User’s opinions
  or expressions of dissatisfaction if those opinions are expressed reasonably
  and objectively.

4. Termination and limitation of use

11) Change and termination of use

(1) If the User wishes to withdraw from the site, go to the ‘member withdrawal’ page
  on the site.

12) Limitations of service use

(1) The User shall not be permitted to use this service under the following
  circumstances:

- If the User disturbs or insults another user.
   - If the User disturbs the service in any way.
   - If the User’s activities conflict with the relevant laws and regulations.
   - If Cnsoft needs to limit the User’s use of the service for a specific and
   justifiable reason.

5. The company’s property
 12) The company’s property

(1) Cnsoft is in possession of certain intellectual property rights. These
 rights are related with the services provided by Cnsoft, including its software,
 information, image, design, and trademark, etc.

(2) The User cannot modify, lend, transfer, and engage in any commercial activity,
 etc, concerning the service without first obtaining the express written permission
 of Cnsoft, and the User cannot request or involve a third person or party in
 the said activity.

6. Compensation for damages and others
 13) Compensation for damages
  (1) If any damages that are not stipulated under the private policy occur,
 Cnsoft shall not assume responsibility concerning the free service supported
 by Cnsoft.

14) Exemption
  (1) Cnsoft shall not assume responsibility for the discontinuation of the service
 in the event that certain inevitable and unavoidable events such as war, natural
 disaster, force majeure and “acts of God” occur.

15) Jurisdiction
  (1) In the event that any situation or circumstances arise which are not governed
 by a clause herein or are not specified in this agreement, the business customs
 or laws currently prevailing in Korea shall be applied.

(2) If the event of any litigation regarding a dispute or a difference of opinion
 between Cnsoft and the User, the court must be in Korea and the matter shall
 be determined according to the laws of the Republic of Korea

By registering your information here (mr-on.net), you agree that you have read and understand the provisions of the privacy policy. And myPCview(“MPV”) service agrees to protect the personal information that you registered and the information shall be used only for this service and related this service. Additionally, you need to check the privacy policy whenever you visit the site because of changing the policy without any notice during the service.

1. Collect personal information
The information provided by user shall be following items.

- ID
- Password
- Name
- E-mail address
- Nationality
- Gender

During navigating this site certain anonymous information can be passively collected by various technologies such as internet tag and cookies etc. without your purpose. The information collected can be used to assist to find the trend of use, site improvement etc.

Personal information shall be collected when the user choose to use this service ? no matter it is free or not free ? and the information shall be used only if it has been collected in accordance with the privacy policy and suitable laws.

2. Purpose of personal information collection.
The purpose of personal information collection is to provide users optimized service based on the information. If the purpose is changed, the prior notice will be given to the users

3. The possession period of the information.
The possession period shall be last until our service is finished or it shall be removed when the user notices us to remove it.

4. Supply and share personal information
The personal information can not be supplied to third parties without the user permission. If it is needed, the company shall give prior notice to the user. If the permitted information is used by third party, the party shall destroy the information after achieving its purpose and the third party shall not have right to reveal the information

The personal information can be used without user permission in the following circumstance.

- In the event that the personal information that persons are not identified shall be provided for studies, market research etc.
In the event there are some clauses in laws concerning it.

5. Reading, change, and delete about personal information.

User can read and change his personal information anytime. If the user wants to withdraw from MPV membership, please visit ‘member withdrawal’ page on this site.

6. Confirm member
MPV uses session method not cookies for member confirmation. This method does not allow saving login-information in the computer when the user log out from MPV service.
The user must log out for safety when he finishes the MPV service on public computers in public places.

7. Network Security
MPV has the latest security system related with network and server. We try to do best to protect your personal information by using our own firewall system, the system of invasion detection, and the system of invasion prevention.

8. Personal Security
MPV has the minimum number of persons for managing personal information. We educate them for security regularly/irregularly. Additionally, the system for reading personal information is protected from external invasion by using secondary encryption methods.
