I set up flat sum system as automatic extension but validity and point is not changed. |

If you use automatic extension function, this is not applied immediately.
Dealing before or after 3 days from validation in operating of Client, the automatic extension function is done.
Naturally, point deduction is also done at this time. |

I would like to know about "Clipboard". |

There are three kinds of remote control mode.
First , monitoring mode : Basic access mode, just possible to monitor Client's screen.
Second , remote controlling mode : this mode can control Client's screen.
Third, clipboard mode : This is the same with remote controlling mode but The temporal storage can be shared by Client and Manager.
If you select the clip board mode, copying simple text or image and attachment is possible.
For example, it is possible to copy the text of the Manager and attach it to Client PC. |
