How can I confirm whether the Client program is on process or not? |

If it's normal condition, three processors should be operated. By "CTRL + Alt + Del" or clicking right button of the mouse at empty space of task bar, it can open a window of task manager.
Select above process tap and check whether the below process is popping up among names of image or not.
(You should check to "All users' process indication(S)".)
m2Host.exe
m2HostHelp.exe
m2HostService.exe
If these 3 processes are operating, Client program is executing. |

Is it possible to connect the Client which is using IP router? |
|
|
Mr-On can connect to it , even it is blocked by router or firewall.
If the Client use the IP router , that is private IP(on condition impossible to access directly from outside).
But If the Manager use authorized IP(Possible to access from out side), the Client try to connect to the Manager directly.
If both are using private IP, it can be connected through relay server.
But In case Mr-On's port or service is blocked itself by firewall or router, it is impossible to connect. So you should set up the firewall or IP router manually. |

Mr-On's Client and Manager use each 8010, 8011 port basically. But in case those port are blocked by a firewall, you can use another port by registering. It is possible to apply to more than version "1.09_p11" (Client's builder No. - 1.1.0.563, Manager's builder No.- 1.1.0.496)
(Port converting at the Client)
1. At directory of "C:\Program Files\CNSoft\Mr.ON Client"(or directory, that actual Client is installed in) please double-click the file "m2HostSetup.exe" to operate program of configuration.
2.Input the port to use by clicking advanced setting.
(Port converting at the Manager)
1. Click the right button of mouse at tray icon "agent" next to the clock in right side of bottom of window.
2. Select the configuration menu and choose the port to use.

How much point will be deducted by accessing to Client's computer for 10min? |
|
|
100 points would be deducted when you access to Mr-On successfully and you can use it for an hour by these points. It means, 100 points are going to be deducted just by accessing to it like even 1 min or 10 min whatever, less than 1 hour. And in excess of 1 hour, another 100points are deducted again.

If you'd like to save the points, you can change the system to monthly flat sum payment system for the Client which is accessed to by you frequently. If you did it, you can use it regardless of accessing times and amount of time of using. The months of being able to use, can be different by depending on points which you have. |

In case of access to Client which is doing game, the screen is shown black. |

Sorry.
In the case of game that the Direct X of Microsoft is applied to, the screen will be shown black if you access to Manager PC. In case that the Direct X is operated, the computer itself won't store the screen data at the temporary storage but will record the memory of the graphic card.
But, in the screen capture driver of Client, it won't be accessed to the memory of the graphic card directly. So the screen could be black because of no data.
Lately, some videos as well as games could be operated through the program like Direct Show. At this case, also, the screen can be black. |

I'd like to specify the Client as the flat sum system but I cannot enter No of month. |

From Nov. 30.2007, the flat sum system only for stand- by Client.
The Client who is off or in connection with Manager, is impossible to be specified. This is precaution for point deduction. |

Is there any way to restart Client PC from remote place forcedly? |
|
|
| Access to Client from Manager program and click start-->turn off computer --> restart at Client's screen. |

Is it possible to restart the Client program forcedly ? |
|
|
Sometimes, you have to restart the Client forcedly.
For this time, you can restart "m2Host.exe." which is operating process.
By click "Ctrl + Alt + Del" or the right button of mouse at empty space of task bar, you can open the window of task manager.
After selection of above process tap please check whether below processes of image names are popping up.(you should check all users' process mark(S)).
m2Host.exe.
m2HostHelp.exe.
m2HostService.exe
If those 3 processes are operating, it means, the Client program is executing.
If you select m2Host.exe process and click "finish process", this process will turn off for a moment and will be on automatically and the Client program will start.
In case two processes "m2HostHelp.exe" or "m2HostService.exe" is not existing, it is possible to operate abnormally. |

Do I have to reinstall, if Mr-On publish the new version after download from web-site ? |
|
|
We support automatic update function. It means new version is installed automatically, you don't need to install it again.
(But in case it needs to be installed by manually, we will notice it before that.) |

Is it possible, many Managers connect to one Client ? |
|
|
On Mr-On program only one Manager can connect to one Client.
We are not support for such service, because of accumulating overload to send data and right of controlling of manager.
If one Manager disconnect to the Client, other can do it. |
