The port of Mr-On is blocked by firewall. |

Mr-On's Client and Manager use each 8010, 8011 port basically. But in case those port are blocked by a firewall, you can use another port by registering. It is possible to apply to more than version "1.09_p11" (Client's builder No. - 1.1.0.563, Manager's builder No.- 1.1.0.496)
(Port converting at the Client)
1. At directory of "C:\Program Files\CNSoft\Mr.ON Client"(or directory, that actual Client is installed in) please double-click the file "m2HostSetup.exe" to operate program of configuration.
2.Input the port to use by clicking advanced setting.
(Port converting at the Manager)
1. Click the right button of mouse at tray icon "agent" next to the clock in right side of bottom of window.
2. Select the configuration menu and choose the port to use.

Is there any problem, if the Client and Manager's program are installed in one PC at the s... |

No, absolutely not.
Because any PC can be Client and be Manager in some cases. |
|

Is it possible, many Managers connect to one Client ? |
|
|
On Mr-On program only one Manager can connect to one Client.
We are not support for such service, because of accumulating overload to send data and right of controlling of manager.
If one Manager disconnect to the Client, other can do it. |

I would like to know about "Clipboard". |
|
|
There are three kinds of remote control mode.
First , monitoring mode : Basic access mode, just possible to monitor Client's screen.
Second , remote controlling mode : this mode can control Client's screen.
Third, clipboard mode : This is the same with remote controlling mode but The temporal storage can be shared by Client and Manager.
If you select the clip board mode, copying simple text or image and attachment is possible.
For example, it is possible to copy the text of the Manager and attach it to Client PC. |
