Even though I input the Manager's name to Client setting screen, nothing popped up in agen... |

Please check the cases like below :
1) In case, after entering Manager ID, you just clicked the confirm without clicking the add button : Input Manager's ID again at a Client setting and register it by clicking add button.
The configuration file of Client is "C:WProgram Files WCNSoftW Mr.ON ClientWm2HostSetup.exe".
2) In case you click the cancel or close button without clicking confirm : if you click add button, in spite of completion of ID registering it will cancel.
3) In case there is a problem on network connection or abnormal condition of the program : because of network or program installation problems that can not send a signal to server.
Please check the network setting or reinstall the program. In reinstall program, delete existing one firstly and reboot and install. |

I got the message like "received wrong code from web server" |

There are two cases for it.
First, it cannot receive the normal signal because of system inspection or sudden overload of Mr-On.
Second, because of network setting by user, it makes the normal communication impossible.
Second is most frequent reason from Nov. 1. 2007. As a result of confirmation, bolcking by Public institution's or a certain company's firewall can cause this problem.
It means, because, even Manager or Client send normal signal, when Mr-On's server return treated signal to user's PC, this signal is classified as harmful site and forward to unknown.
For this, you should contact the person who takes charge in security. |

I'd like to cancel the setting of automatic agent program execution when the PC boots. |

If you use the latest version(more than 1.09_p11) you select the configuration on tray icon which next to the clock in agent screen by clicking right button of mouse, and cancel the check of the item " Agent automatic operation as log on to the windows"
If you use older version, "start --> operation" enter "msconfig and push confirm button.
Move from window of system composition utility to start program tab.
If you cancel the check box at m2TerminalAgent, the agent will not be operated automatically from next booting. |

How many Clients is it possible to install? |

There is no limitation about number of Client.
And if you are using point deduction system as basic for the frequent access Client, it makes you save the points. (Selecting flat sum system is available within point range) |

The port of Mr-On is blocked by firewall. |
|
|
Mr-On's Client and Manager use each 8010, 8011 port basically. But in case those port are blocked by a firewall, you can use another port by registering. It is possible to apply to more than version "1.09_p11" (Client's builder No. - 1.1.0.563, Manager's builder No.- 1.1.0.496)
(Port converting at the Client)
1. At directory of "C:\Program Files\CNSoft\Mr.ON Client"(or directory, that actual Client is installed in) please double-click the file "m2HostSetup.exe" to operate program of configuration.
2.Input the port to use by clicking advanced setting.
(Port converting at the Manager)
1. Click the right button of mouse at tray icon "agent" next to the clock in right side of bottom of window.
2. Select the configuration menu and choose the port to use.

No, absolutely not.
Because any PC can be Client and be Manager in some cases. |

When you connect Client, the message "screen capture driver failed to initialize" will pop... |

When the Client program is installed, a kind of virtual graphic driver is installed.
This driver can be damaged by unknown factor.
For this case, even if the connection is successful, but the Client's screen can not be sent, so you will get the message like "Screen capture driver is not initialize" and disconnected.
For this problem, you have to reinstall the Client program.
To reinstall it, go to "control panel --> program add/delete" and delete the Mr-On's client program and reboot and reinstall it. |

Even while the Client is power on, but it shows off on the agent. |
|

The problem of it is caused mostly by program reinstalling. When you install the Client program, there will automatically install the Screen Capture Driver, which is the virtual graphic driver. You can apply normally after re-booting when you delete this kind of program.
In other words, you have to delete the Mr-On Client program at program add/delete of the control panel. And then you had better install the program after re-booting computer. At this time, which you could see the warning message that is "still existing" , you had better ignore it if you started windows again.
If you still can find this symptom continually, that's because it could be the bug. We are trying to figure out what the main reason. We couldn't solve the problem, but we could tell you some emergent guide.
1. Push "Ctrl + Alt + Del" keys. Or, in any space of taskbar, click the right button of your mouse, and open the window of administrator.
2. Choose the "Process" and check name of the images like below.(Check "See the process list of all users")
m2Host.exe
m2HostHelp.exe
m2HostService.exe
3. If there are all items you see at Number 2, there would be the bug on your Client. At this time, choose "m2Host.exe" , and click the "Process quit".
4. If you see "m2Host.exe", the client program will start again.

Mr-On's payment system is united to one as point payment system from Nov. 30. 2007.
Existing flat sum system was disappeared, so you can specify the Client as monthly flat sum system with your purchased points.
As a result, You can use two kinds of system, it makes you more convent and save your money
and there is no limit to control Nods of Client.
The point deduction system is good for the Client who is visited not often. And opposite case, the flat sum system is better.
1.000 points are deducted for one Client by month as the flat sum system, and it's possible to extend the period automatically. |
